After a successful project with Go Develop in Aldermaston, one of our joint venture partners returned to us once again. We’re finding more and more of our partners are doing the same.
Our partner was impressed with our 100% funding to cover all land and build costs – even soft costs and SDLT. Plus, the time and cost savings made with one legal fee and one monitoring surveyor.
The new opportunity, located in Bourne End, is on the site of a former public house that had since been demolished. It comes with full planning permission for the erection of 10 no. dwellings, comprising of 7 no. 2 bed flats, 2 no. 3 bed flats and 1 no. 3 bed detached house. We were keen to get involved and as always assessed the case quickly, accurately and got the process underway for a profitable partnership.
At the half way point of the construction our partner has already received reservations for 6 of the 10 Units at above asking prices.
